This program is intended to serve housholds with low incomes: priority is given to seniors(55+), families with children or dependants, and individuals with disabilities. The rent is based on gross household income.
Affordable Housing Program is available to moderate income persons. The rent is predetermined by Sask. Housing Corporation.
